Big Dipper Consulting is run by Erin and Yash — partners in business and in life. We started this company because we kept watching good teams struggle with the same two problems: operations that grew messier than the business, and technology decisions made without anyone technical in the room.

Erin
Erin leads the firm and our operations practice, working with teams whose day-to-day has outgrown their systems. She maps how work actually flows, redesigns the processes held together by habit, selects and implements the right tooling, and builds lightweight AI workflows that save real hours — and her recommendations always come back in plain English with a price tag attached.

Yash
Yash leads the engineering practice — a software engineer who has built across the stack, from web apps and data pipelines to production AI systems. He takes on the problems off-the-shelf tools can't reach: custom software, systems integration, and applied AI built for reliability over demos. For teams that need ongoing technical judgment, he also serves as a fractional CTO. His rule for every build: it should be boring to operate.
